About the Role

As a TIG Welder Fitter, you will play a key role in fabricating, welding, and assembling high-quality metal components. You will work closely with a skilled team, ensuring projects are completed to exact specifications while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.


Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to fabricate and assemble metal structures

  • Perform precise TIG welding to join, cut, and form metal components

  • Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately according to project requirements

  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and customer standards

  • Collaborate with team members to complete work efficiently and on time

  • Safely operate, maintain, and troubleshoot welding equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure and compliant work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a TIG Welder Fitter in an industrial or manufacturing environment

  • Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills

  • Proficient in TIG welding with the ability to set up, adjust, and maintain equipment

  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

  • Physically capable of working in various positions and environments

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Welding certification(s) preferred
