*Schedule: *1500-2300 x 2 2300-0700 x 2, 4 on, 2 off
*Compensation:* $45.00 per hour + additional $150 per week
*Travel:* Fuel costs fully reimbursed by Staff On Call
*Accommodation: *Shared 3 bedroom townhouse in Salmon Arm
*Start Date:* As soon as possible
*End Date: *A 3 month minimum commitment is required

*Position Overview: *We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team.
As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings across different locations while providing exceptional care to patients.
*Responsibilities:*
* Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
* Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes to the nursing team.
* Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
* Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.
* Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)
* Current CPR / First Aide Certification.
* Two (2) years previous experience in long-term care or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
