UI UX Designer
Toronto, ON - Onsite
"Total Experience: 6-8 years
Required Skill Sets:
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Design visually appealing, responsive UI layouts for web and mobile products.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
- Test and validate designs through usability testing and AB experiments.
- Ensure design consistency, accessibility (WCAGAODA), and brand alignment across platforms.
- Deliver high fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Support development teams by clarifying design requirements and reviewing implementation.
- Stay updated on UIUX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve user experience.
