Job Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support as needed.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies (GST, TDS).
Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a finance role (International Accounting preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
