<p><b>Role: Visier Reporting Analyst</b></p><p><b>Location: Remote</b></p><p><b>Duration: Contract</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Overview</b></p><p>The Visier Reporting Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining our suite of HR and workforce analytics reports using the Visier platform. As we transition from legacy systems, you will collaborate closely with the People Insights operational reporting team to deliver a diverse catalog of global HR reports, including both ad-hoc and scheduled requests. This role will require both technical expertise in Visier and strong business acumen to ensure reporting solutions meet organizational needs.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b> </p><ul><li>Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards in the Visier people analytics platform, supporting HR and business stakeholders. </li><li>Reverse engineer, document, and enhance existing reports to improve performance and align with evolving business and technical requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with the People Insights operational reporting team to deliver accurate and timely HR reports, including ad-hoc and scheduled requests. </li><li>Develop comprehensive report documentation to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing. </li><li>Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs. </li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. </li><li>Actively participate in team discussions, respecting contributions and working towards shared goals. </li><li>Identify and troubleshoot reporting issues, analyze potential solutions, and implement improvements. </li><li>Adapt to changing project needs, adjusting strategies and priorities as required. </li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Qualifications</b> </p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience building reports and dashboards in Visier or a similar people analytics/reporting platform. </li><li>Experience in documenting reporting processes and solutions. </li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and actively listen. </li><li>Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues. </li><li>Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business priorities and project requirements.</li></ul><p></p>
