We are currently seeking candidates for a <b><strong>Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support </strong></b>position to join our <b><strong>Halifax, NS </strong></b>team. Opportunities to grow within the company.</p><p> </p><p><b><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Shipping/receiving orders and transfers</li><li>Stocking & organizing products</li><li>Assisting in regular stock counts</li><li>Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.</li><li>Entering transactions into computer systems</li><li>Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships</li><li>Supporting and working with all other branch personnel</li></ul><p> </p><p><b><strong>What We Look For:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Strong verbal & written communication skills in English</li><li>Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily</li><li>Comfortable in a computerized environment</li><li>Keen attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment</li></ul><p> </p><p>Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.</p><p>Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record.
