Adecco is currently looking a <strong>Warehouse Manager</strong> in to join our client's team in Vaughan, ON. This is a full-time role offering $28-$32 per hour. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory and logistics, and lead a small team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.<br><ul><li><strong>Pay rate:</strong> $28-$32/hour.<br></li><li><strong>Location:</strong> Vaughan, ON<br></li><li><strong>Shifts:</strong> Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm<br></li><li><strong>Job type:</strong> Permanent<strong> </strong>| Full-time<br></li></ul><strong>Here's why you should apply:</strong><br><ul><li>Hires fast, pays weekly.<br></li><li>4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.<br></li><li>Medical and dental benefits once qualified.<br></li><li>Free training programs<br></li><li>New and quicker onboarding process<br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and staging.<br></li><li>Lead and develop warehouse team, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.<br></li><li>Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.<br></li><li>Operate and supervise equipment use, maintenance, and safety compliance.<br></li><li>Ensure accurate order processing, inventory control, and timely dispatch.<br></li><li>Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and optimize warehouse layout.<br></li><li>Utilize NetSuite ERP and shipping software for inventory, orders, and reporting.<br></li><li>Collaborate with internal departments to support business goals and continuous improvement initiatives.<br></li><li>Use Microsoft Office Suite for communication, planning, and reporting.<br></li></ul><strong>Requirements:</strong><br><ul><li>Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.<br></li><li>4+ years' experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.<br></li><li>Valid Forklift & Reach Truck license with hands-on experience.<br></li><li>Proficient with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and computer applications.<br></li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.<br></li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.<br></li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial environment.<br></li><li>WHMIS and Fall Arrest certifications (or willingness to obtain).<br></li><li>Team leadership and staff development<br></li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills<br></li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency<br></li><li>Proactive problem solver<br></li><li>Clear, professional communication<br></li><li>Comfortable in a hands-on, physical, and fast-paced environment<br></li></ul> Apply now to this <strong>Warehouse Manager</strong> job in Vaughan, ON for immediate employment consideration.
