At Gripple Canada Inc we design, manufacture, and sell innovative, patented products for the construction, agriculture, solar and infrastructure markets.

What is the role?
Reporting to the Operations Manager and based at our Oakville site, you will be provided with training to work within warehouse operations and become an integral part of the operations team. Warehouse duties will include the following:
- Unloading and booking in goods from our suppliers
- Manufacturing our products as per order requirements
- Packing accessories in line with customer-specific deadlines
- Participating in regular inventory counts
- Working to given processes and in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- Maintenance of 5S standards and general housekeeping
- Using IT systems (E8) to maintain accurate stock levels and update works orders
The position is full time, and will involve working regular day shifts, Monday to Friday. Night shift and weekend work could also be required to meet the demands of the business.
Who you are:
Ideally you will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing background and be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Highly motivated and hard working with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Flexible to the requirements of working within a small team with a willingness to be able to work time sensitive deadlines
- Able to prioritise tasks to maintain an effective operation & accurate warehouse
- Forklift trained and qualified (essential)
- Able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Computer literate
- Enthusiastic with a good work ethic, willingness to learn and ability to work on your own initiative
- The right to work in Ontario, Canada
