We are seeking an experienced Warranty Technician to join our client, a leading residential builder in Calgary. As a Warranty Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the satisfaction of homeowners by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the quality of the homes through inspections.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality control inspections before move-in, as well as 2-month and 12-month inspections to identify any potential issues
- Responding to homeowner concerns and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinating and scheduling warranty repairs and work with homeowners and sub-contractors
- Ensuring that all warranty work and repairs are documented properly in the internal tracking system
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with the team and performing other related duties as needed
Requirements:
- Experience/knowledge of general carpentry and other related construction
- Prior customer service experience in a similar industry
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Prior experience in residential construction or related field is preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license as you will be using a company vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
