Description:
- Position:Waxologist/ Laser Technician
- Part Time position available
- Compensation: Hourly pay + service commission + retail commission
Primary Responsibilities:
- Performing superior Waxing services for all
- Laser tech expertise; using the most elite laser technology providing clients the smoothest skin
- Educate clients on treatment sessions and benefits
- Communicate treatment plans to ensure realistic expectations
- Perform additional aesthetics services: tinting & lamination
- recommend pre & post care for all services and schedule next appointments as needed
- Loyalty program education and sales
- Maintaining a clean, organized work space. Ensure all equipment is operating and sanitized
- Well groomed, professional appearance in uniform
- Weekly one on one results meeting with your Location Manager
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build clientele
Requirements:
- Medical Aesthetics Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience in performing full body waxing & laser hair removal
- Product sales experience
- Able to communicate effectively
- Be a team player
- Have a passion for waxing& laser hair removal
- Able to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
- Can work flexible days and hours including some evenings and weekends
