The successful candidate will be a driven, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. They will have a strong work-ethic and problem-solving ability with a can-do attitude.</p><p><strong>Doug Dunlop Leasing</strong> is the in-house leasing company within <strong>Dunlop Ford</strong>. We have been providing solutions to individual, commercial and government clients since 1972. We are an all-makes leasing company that provides funding for cars, light-duty trucks, heavy-duty trucks and large equipment.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Promote and facilitate the leasing of vehicles and equipment in a professional and ethical manner while providing outstanding customer service.</li><li>Serve and retain existing portfolio of lease customers while seeking growth in potential new clients.</li><li>Assess and make credit approval decisions.</li><li>Understand, keep current and comply with all company and manufacturer policies and government legislation related to leasing and automotive sales.</li><li>Provide leadership to staff by hiring, developing and coaching direct reports, setting individual and team goals, continually assessing and improving levels of performance, supporting employee development and career planning, and providing frequent feedback and guidance.</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High level understanding of finance, accounting and automotive sales.</li><li>Post-secondary education in a related field such as Management, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.</li><li>5 years’ experience in automotive leasing, sales management, financial services management or other leadership role.</li><li>A combination of education and experience will also be considered.</li><li>Proven record of sales excellence, exceptional communication and customer relationship skills.</li><li>Experience dealing with banks and other lending institutions.</li><li>Administrative ability with meticulous attention to detail and organization.</li><li>Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.</li><li>AMVIC License.</li></ul><p><strong>Dunlop Ford</strong> is a family business that takes pride in doing the right thing for our customers, our people, our community and our company.
