Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.</li><li>Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.</li><li>Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs and improve store layout and efficiency.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>About You<br><br></strong><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others.</li><li>Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives.<br><br><br></li></ul>If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
