Our client, a leader in their field, is looking to add a new Commercial Property Manager to their collaborative team!Benefits & Perks
- $85,000 - $120,000 per annum

- Oversee all maintenance and facility operations for buildings, utilities, signage, parking, and common areas.
- Develop and manage a preventative maintenance program for infrastructure, electrical systems, lighting, and plumbing.
- Supervise external trades, contractors, and service providers - from scope creation to completion sign-off.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and common areas, documenting deficiencies and ensuring repairs are completed on schedule.
- Manage leasing for all upland commercial, office, and retail spaces.
- Handle marketing, showings, offers, lease preparation, renewals, rent escalations, and CAM/operating cost recoveries.
- Serve as the main tenant contact for maintenance, rent inquiries, and lease compliance.
- Resolve disputes, enforce lease terms, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
- Approve invoices, POs, and track expenses; reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor rent collection, issue arrears notices, and maintain target cash flow levels.
- Produce monthly and quarterly owner reports, including KPI dashboards (occupancy, NOI, arrears, maintenance status).
- 4+ years experience in property management managing a commercial portfolio or mixed-use.
- Must have obtained rental license.
