As our Printing and Packaging Estimator, you'll be responsible for crunching the numbers and bringing projects to life by providing accurate cost estimates. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality products while staying within their budget. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze project specifications, including artwork and materials, to provide accurate cost estimates for printing and packaging projects.
  • Work closely with the production team and clients to ensure that project requirements are met, and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing and trends to ensure that estimates are competitive and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Ensure that all estimates and proposals are delivered on time and are accurate.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in printing and packaging estimation, with a strong understanding of digital, offset, and flexographic printing processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software, with the ability to create accurate and detailed cost estimates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and production teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
