What You'll Do<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing dental team<br><br></li><li>Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and positive patient experiences<br><br></li><li>Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management<br><br></li><li>Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs<br><br></li><li>Maintain compliance with clinic policies, health & safety standards, and quality of care expectations<br><br></li><li>Foster a strong team culture rooted in professionalism, collaboration, and growth<br><br></li></ul>
What We're Looking For<ul><li>3–5+ years of dental management experience required<br><br></li><li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills<br><br></li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities<br><br></li><li>Proficiency with Akitu One<br><br></li><li>Solid understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and patient care standards<br><br></li><li>Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment<br><br></li></ul>
