Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator – Full Time (Start ASAP)

Our busy and friendly dental office in London, Ontario is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We take pride in providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment.

About the Role<ul><li>Start Date: ASAP.</li><li>Schedule: Full-time, every other Saturday required.</li><li>Wage: $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>Software: Tracker.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.</li><li>Process insurance breakdowns and treatment submissions.</li><li>Handle financial discussions and payment arrangements.</li><li>Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team.</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>Previous experience as a dental receptionist or treatment coordinator.</li><li>Proficiency with Tracker software (or willingness to learn).</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience with insurance billing and treatment coordination.</li><li>Positive, team-focused attitude.</li><li>Arabic-speaking is considered an asset.</li></ul>
