The Family Law Clerk will assist with the preparation and management of legal documents, conduct legal research, and support the firm's lawyers with casework. Daily tasks include drafting legal correspondence, maintaining files, assisting with client communications, and ensuring court deadlines are met. The role requires a high level of organization and professionalism, as well as the ability to work effectively in a collaborative law office environment.</p><p><br></p><p> <b>Qualifications</b></p><p> </p><ul><li>5+ years experience in a family law office</li><li>Strong knowledge of family law and legal practices.</li><li>Proficiency in legal document preparation and managing case files.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Proficiency in research and writing to support case preparation and legal documentation.</li><li>Strong organizational abilities and familiarity with legal software and tools.</li><li>Diploma or certificate in law clerk studies </li><li>5+ years experience in a family law office</li></ul>
