Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client financial data and prepare reports, illustrations, and recommendations for advisor review.

  • Assist in portfolio management, including investment analysis and money movement execution.

  • Support new business processes by preparing and ensuring accurate paperwork.

  • Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends.

  • Attend client meetings (note-taking and follow-up) to deepen industry knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred).
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial planning software is a plus.
Licenses/Certs: CSC and LLQP strongly desirable
Mindset: Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, systems, and contributing to team success.
Experience: Prior client service or financial industry experience

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: 40,000–60,000/year (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential.

  • Flexibility: Hybrid options after 6 months.
