Compétences et qualifications
Le diplôme de secondaire V peut être exigé, puis 3 à 5 années d'expérience comme chef d'équipe en salle à manger ou en cuisine, ou à un poste de gestion dans un commerce de détail. Horaires de travail généralement fixes. Travail fréquent en soirée, les fins de semaine et jour fériés. Travail de bureau en dehors des heures d’affluences.
