Who We're Looking For
- 2nd, 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman Metal Sheet Installer
- Experience in New Construction (Multi-Family and Residential)
- Willing and able to work out of town on occasion
- High standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
- Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and career development
- Strong on-site communication skills with crews and project leads
Key Responsibilities
- Install sheet metal ductwork and HVAC systems in new construction multi-family and residential projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications
- Work efficiently to meet project schedules
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Represent TruFinity professionally on every site

- Valid Driver's Licence (required)

Pay: $22.00-$44.00 per hour

- HVAC repair & maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
