LTO Assignment: Grade 3 1.00 FTE
Ottawa Catholic School Board is seeking a Long Term Occasional teacher to provide coverage for a teacher on leave within the Ontario College of Teachers Education (OECTA) framework.
Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom instruction to Grade 3 students.
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Implement curriculum standards and assessment practices.
- Take on responsibilities of the cover position within the designated school.
Qualifications
- Good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers.
- Successful completion of the Sexual Abuse Prevention Training through OCT.
- Prior teaching experience in a Catholic classroom preferred.
Salary Range
$51,234.00 to $119,943.00, per Article 32 of the OECTA Collective Agreement effective September 1, 2025.

- Non‑OCSB teachers must provide a negative PRC for the Vulnerable Sector dated within the last six months.
