<p><h3>Manufacturing Engineer (Process Engineer)</h3>

<p>Salary Range: $74,600 - $95,350 plus bonus opportunity.</p>
<h3>Your Challenge</h3>
<ul>
<li>Evaluate new equipment technologies and processes used in fabrication of complex electronic assemblies</li>
<li>Interface with NPI and design engineering to co‑ordinate new product release to production</li>
<li>Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching testing methods and conferring with equipment vendors</li>
<li>Make case of capital expenditures and ROI calculations</li>
<li>Document assembly and process steps to allow manufacturing of products</li>
<li>Design new fixtures to support process change</li>
<li>Make recommendations of tooling and process requirements of new and existing processes</li>
<li>Analyze manufacturing and test data for trends</li>
<li>Perform methodical, discipline techniques to meet customer expectations and internal targets for OTD metrics</li>
<li>Review non‑conforming materials and coordinate with quality assurance for appropriate disposition</li>
<li>Draft, review and approve ECOs and deviations where needed to support production</li>
<li>Provide input to architecture, design, and Test coverage reviews (DFT)</li>
<li>Develop test environments and test cases for all mechanical and electrical systems</li>
<li>Debug and diagnose complex electronic circuits by setting up and performing functionality tests and specialized tests in order to track down the root cause of the product failures</li>
<li>Provide training and certification for manufacturing and test operators</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical with 5 years of experience</li>
<li>Technologist Diploma with 8 years of experience in electronic/electro‑mechanical environment</li>
<li>Superior mechanical, electrical and technical abilities</li>
<li>Skills in analyzing, judgement and decision making</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of IPC Standards (IPC‑610, J‑STD / IPC‑7711/7721)</li>
<li>Expert knowledge of current manufacturing and test process/technologies: standards and specification</li>
<li>Experience in software and hardware requirements used in the testing of electronic assemblies</li>
<li>Experience with SAP, Power BI and SQL</li>
<li>Electronic assembly debug experience preferred</li>
<li>Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software</li>
<li>Knowledge and experience working with various operation systems and backend programming preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge of Product schematics diagram to aid in the debugging of products</li>
<li>Lab Windows/CVI and Test Stand experience preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Flying Probe test equipment an asset</li>
</ul>
