We’re looking for motivated, outgoing students who want to grow fast, work outdoors, and get paid directly for their effort.
What You’ll Be Doing
Go door-to-door offering painting and window cleaning services in local neighbourhoods.
Build quick rapport with homeowners and collect lead information.
Represent a trusted local brand with confidence and professionalism.

$18–$25/hr average (base + performance bonuses).

What It Takes
2–3 marketing shifts per week (2–3 hrs each).
Reliable transportation.
A positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic.
Comfort speaking with homeowners and working outdoors.
