Patient Support (PSP) Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as therapeutic area lead overseeing delivery of patient services across multiple vendors.

• Develop, execute and operationalize patient services programs for designated therapeutic area.

• Drive alignment across programs to ensure compliance and operational efficiencies.

• Collaborate across commercial functions as a strategic partner to the brand team.

• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of programs.
 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business/marketing or science discipline; MBA a plus

• 7+ years' relevant commercial operations experience, within the pharmaceutical industry including experience managing delivery of patient service programs.

• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues

• Knowledge of relevant legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
 

This is a hybrid position that requires you to be in our Ottawa, Canada offices three days a week.
