<h3>Job Description</h3>
<p>We are seeking a <b>Payroll Lead Global Process Owner (GPO)</b> to lead global payroll design, implementation, and testing activities as part of a large ERP/HR transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with <b>SAP ECC Payroll (on-prem)</b> and <b>SuccessFactors Employee Central</b>, along with proven leadership and QA oversight experience in multi-country payroll environments.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Act as <b>Global Process Owner (GPO)</b> for Payroll, ensuring standardized global payroll processes</p></li>
<li><p>Lead payroll design decisions and serve as payroll SME for ERP/HR transformation initiatives</p></li>
<li><p>Lead and perform <b>hands-on testing of SAP ECC Payroll (on-prem)</b> including SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and defect resolution</p></li>
<li><p>Perform <b>hands-on testing of SuccessFactors Employee Central</b> and validate data integration to SAP Payroll</p></li>
<li><p>Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless payroll integrations</p></li>
<li><p>Ensure payroll solutions meet statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements across geographies</p></li>
<li><p>Lead and mentor payroll consultants; provide functional guidance and SME support</p></li>
<li><p>Provide <b>QA oversight</b> of payroll configurations, test scripts, results, and documentation</p></li>
<li><p>Establish payroll governance, controls, KPIs, and post go-live support models</p></li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Skills & Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Hands-on experience with <b>SAP ECC Payroll (on-prem) implementation and testing</b> (mandatory)</p></li>
<li><p>Hands-on experience testing <b>SuccessFactors Employee Central</b></p></li>
<li><p><b>Valid SAP Payroll certification</b> (mandatory)</p></li>
<li><p>Experience leading payroll consultants in a lead or manager role</p></li>
<li><p>Strong knowledge of <b>multi-country payroll</b>, statutory compliance, and integrations</p></li>
<li><p>Experience with payroll testing strategies (SIT, UAT, parallel runs)</p></li>
</ul>
<h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li><p>Experience in global ERP or HR transformation programs</p></li>
<li><p>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</p></li>
<li><p>Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams</p></li>
<li><p>Knowledge of payroll audits, controls, and post-implementation support</p></li>
