Production Supervisor

Job Description

Position: Production supervisor, Pharmaceuticals, Permanent, Full time position.
<br>Wage: 42.50 hourly / 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

<br>Education:<ul><li>Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.</li></ul>
<br>Experience:<ul><li>1 year to less than 2 years.</li></ul>
<br>On site:<ul><li>Work must be completed at the physical location.</li><li>There is no option to work remotely.</li></ul>
<br>Work site environment:<ul><li>Clean.</li></ul>
<br>Work setting:<ul><li>Urban area.</li><li>Chemical and pharmaceutical company.</li></ul>
<br>Responsibilities:
<br>Tasks:<ul><li>Identify and document potential environmental and safety problems.</li><li>Recommend measures to improve productivity.</li><li>Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.</li><li>Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.</li><li>Prepare production and other reports.</li><li>Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.</li><li>Set up machines and equipment.</li><li>Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li></ul>
<br>Supervision:<ul><li>3-4 people.</li></ul>
