<p> Project Manager </p><p> Our client who is a global IT transformation leader is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business transformation projects. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope aligned with our client’s goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. </p><p> Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li> Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. </li><li> Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. </li><li> Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. </li><li> Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client objectives. </li><li> Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders. </li><li> Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving. </li><li> Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients. </li><li> Apply project management best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) based on project requirements. </li><li> Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing lessons learned and process enhancements. </li></ul><p> Qualifications </p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred). </li><li>5+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within IT services, cloud, or technology environments. </li><li> Proven track record in delivering large, complex projects on time and within budget. </li><li> Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). </li><li> Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. </li><li> Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with experience working across executive, business, and technical teams. </li><li> Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). </li></ul>
