<p>Days / Hours: Friday, Saturday & Sunday</p>
<p>Flexible scheduling within a preferred timeframe of 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM</p>
<h3>Description</h3>
<p>BONDED Jewelry and the Hamilton Hat Lounge are seeking a warm, confident, and sales-driven individual to join our Carmel By The Sea studio team. This role is centered around creating an elevated, memorable customer experience within our speakeasy-style studio while driving sales for both permanent jewelry and custom hat experiences.</p>
<p>As a Sales Associate, you will guide guests through the BONDED jewelry process—including premium sterling silver, 14K gold fill, and solid gold options— as well as assist with custom hat selection and storytelling at the Hamilton Hat Lounge. You’ll be an ambassador of both brands, delivering exceptional hospitality, building connections, and supporting studio events and activations.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Welcoming and engaging guests in a high-touch retail environment</li>
<li>Educating customers on BONDED jewelry and Hamilton hat experiences</li>
<li>Driving sales while maintaining an elevated, personalized experience</li>
<li>Assisting with studio events, appointments, and activations
</li><li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio</li>
<li>Representing the BONDED and Hamilton brands with professionalism and enthusiasm</li>
</ul>
<h3>Ideal Candidate</h3>
<ul>
<li>Has sales or customer service experience (luxury retail or hospitality a plus)</li>
<li>Is personable, reliable, and confident in client interaction</li>
<li>Enjoys storytelling, styling, and experiential retail</li>
<li>Available weekends and comfortable with a flexible schedule</li>
