Senior Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis for complex, IT?enabled initiatives in a large, enterprise environment. This role owns the full business analysis lifecycle, partnering closely with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high?value solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Document current and future state processes, gaps, and solution options
- Support solution design, integrations, testing, and change activities
- Contribute to procurement (RFPs), vendor evaluation, and delivery planning
- Mentor other Business Analysts and promote best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive business analysis experience
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise or COTS implementations and complex integrations
- Comfortable operating in fast?paced, multi?project environments
- PMP, Change Management, or Business Analysis certifications are assets
