Junior or Senior Denture Technician – Ottawa, ON<br>Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000+ annually (based on experience and seniority level)

<br>About the Role:
We are seeking a Junior or Senior Denture Technician to join our growing dental laboratory/clinic in Ottawa. This position is ideal for a skilled dental technician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about precision, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.<br><br>
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the fabrication and customization of dentures and related prosthetics. This role does not require a denturist license and is strictly focused on the technical aspects of dental laboratory work.
<br>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Fabricate, repair, and adjust full and partial dentures according to clinical specifications.</li><li>Work with a variety of materials including acrylics, resins, and digital workflows (CAD/CAM when applicable)</li><li>Support case planning and collaborate with clinicians to ensure accuracy and functionality of prosthetics.</li><li>Maintain high standards of quality, precision, and consistency in all laboratory work.</li><li>Stay current on evolving techniques and technologies in dental prosthetics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sterilization protocols.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications
Junior Technician:<ul><li>1–3 years of experience as a dental laboratory technician (preferably with focus on removable prosthetics)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow under the mentorship of senior team members.</li></ul>
Senior Technician:<ul><li>5+ years of experience specializing in dentures and removable prosthetics.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of denture fabrication techniques and materials.</li><li>Experience collaborating directly with clinicians on complex cases.</li><li>Ability to mentor junior technicians and contribute to process improvements.</li></ul>
