The Service Advisor will be assisting all incoming customers attending their service appointments at . You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience. You will be liaising with the Technicians to ensure that you are keeping customers up to date regarding their service appointments. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and strong time management skills, then this role is for you!

Job Duties:

  • Work with customers to understand their needs.
  • Work with customers to answer questions or concerns. 
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
  • Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
  • Additional duties assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with the PBS software is considered an asset.
  • The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
  • Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
