Sous Chef – GameTime Kitchen Team | Halton Region

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run the show (with the Head Chef): Keep kitchen operations smooth, organized, and full of good vibes.
- Keep it fresh: Maintain GameTime’s food quality, consistency, and presentation — every dish, every time.
- Lead & inspire: Coach your team, solve problems on the fly, and make the kitchen a place everyone loves to work.
- Deliver wow moments: Make sure every plate that leaves the pass is something guests will rave about.
- Build the culture: Help create a fun, supportive kitchen where teamwork and creativity shine.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of hands-on cooking experience.
- At least 1 year in a leadership or kitchen management role.
- A genuine love for food, teamwork, and creating great experiences.
- Solid communication and multitasking skills.
- Open to feedback and always looking to level up.
- Food safety certification (like Food Safe Level 1) is a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently living in the Halton region.
- Willing to complete a background check.
