Training, Quality and Warehouse Manager – Gardening Department

<p>We're looking for a <b>hands-on, organized, and experienced Warehouse Manager</b> to lead our Gardening Department If you love plants, know your way around tools/equipment, and thrive in a busy warehouse environment — this role is for you.<br></p><h3><b>What You'll Do</b> <br></h3><ul><li><p>Kickstart the crews in the morning and help them succeed throughout the day<br></p></li><li><p>Handle onboarding: new staff orientation, t-shirts, docs, and first-day training <br></p></li><li><p>Check in personally with crew members and support their growth<br></p></li><li><p>Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, equipment/gadgets, t-shirts and docs<br></p></li><li><p>Oversee receiving, stock rotation & quality control<br></p></li><li><p>Lead and train warehouse & seasonal staff<br></p></li><li><p>Coordinate deliveries/pickups with Operations<br></p></li><li><p>Maintain clean, safe, efficient warehouse & job sites<br></p></li><li><p>Respond to and resolve customer concerns with professionalism <br></p></li><li><p>Submit receipts and handle small office admin tasks (no crew scheduling required)<br></p></li><li><p>Embrace and implement LEAN processes to improve systems on the gardening side<br></p></li></ul><h3><b>What You Bring</b> <br></h3><ul><li><p>3–5 years warehouse management experience<br></p></li><li><p>Gardening/horticulture knowledge a big plus<br></p></li><li><p>Strong leadership & organization skills<br></p></li><li><p>Physically fit (lift up to 60 lbs)<br></p></li><li><p>Valid driver's license<br></p></li><li><p>Safety-minded & proactive<br></p></li><li><p>You take initiative and get things done without being micromanaged <br></p></li><li><p>You're humble, hardworking, and love helping others improve<br></p></li><li><p>You're a strong communicator and a reliable team player<br></p></li><li><p>Bonus: you're organized, can handle a bit of admin, and bring good energy daily<br></p></li></ul><h3><b>Nice to Have</b> <br></h3><ul><li><p>Forklift or equipment certification<br></p></li><li><p>Horticulture or landscaping training<br></p></li><li><p>First Aid/CPR<br></p></li></ul><p>If you're ready to take ownership of our Gardening Warehouse and keep our crews stocked, safe, and efficient — <b>we want to meet you</b> <br></p><p><b>Apply now and join a growing, supportive team.</b> <br></p>
